I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. From the beginning, his attitude was extremely rude and arrogant, and he spoke to us in a very disrespectful way. He did not listen properly to our concerns and kept interrupting, as if our questions were a waste of his time. Based on our visit, it did not feel like he has strong medical knowledge or interest in understanding the patient’s problem. The explanation of the diagnosis and treatment was vague and confusing, and he was not willing to clarify anything when we asked for details. We left the clinic feeling insulted, stressed, and still unsure about the actual medical issue. A doctor is supposed to treat patients with respect and empathy, but here we were made to feel like a burden. Because of this behaviour and lack of clear guidance, I do not trust his treatment and will not be visiting again. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who expects professional, knowledgeable and polite medical care... Go back in medical school again and learn ethics..

Even though we were eligible under the MAA Card/Ayushman Bharat scheme, we were informed that treatment would not be provided under these government schemes. As a result, we were asked to arrange treatment at our own expense. This put huge financial burden on our family. Middle-class and financially struggling families depend on these schemes for quality healthcare, and experiences like this make treatment difficult to access. I hope the doctor and hospital will be more supportive of eligible patients and clearly communicate their policy regarding government health schemes.
