From the moment I arrived in the morning, the staff welcomed me warmly with a cheerful “Good Morning” and even politely asked whether I had breakfast or tea. These small gestures truly reflected their caring nature and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning.
The team personally guided me about the medications, post-treatment care, and every small detail with great patience and clarity. The level of service they provide is beyond extraordinary.
When I arrived in the morning, I was honestly feeling very nervous and scared about how everything would go. However, once the team took me inside and explained the complete procedure so calmly and confidently, all my fear disappeared. They motivated and comforted me at every step, which made me feel completely relaxed.
The entire OT procedure lasted around eight hours, but the environment and support from the staff were so positive and engaging that I genuinely did not even realize how the time passed. The doctors and the entire team did an amazing job with great dedication, professionalism, and care.
