Great experience, the dentist are kind and explain everything they feel is needed. They are considerate of what may need to happen in the future and give you an update on your teeth health. Great experience for me!

I visited this office in Europa Valley and every time I go they always give me a bill that’s extremely high and then when I don’t get the work done I do the bare minimum because I’m not rich and I don’t want to establish a credit with them and have to make payments in any case I end up having really excruciating tooth pain on another occasion I went there they had me sitting in that lobby for three hours the lady that actually I was supposed to talk to never came upfront. She stayed in the back and then I made a call to corporate and I start giving the address of the actual location where I was and then they actually came out and said can you give me your name and your telephone number? I’m like why I’m sitting here and I’m in excruciating pain. I made another appointment with another dental office. I left there and went to that dental office. They immediately prescribe Me and amoxicillin and pain pills and they couldn’t do any work on my teeth because it was so inflamed and whatever they tell you at the dentist office, then I went back to the dentist office who gave me the pain medicine in four days they end up, extracting the teeth. Western Dental called me after the fact and said we could set you up an appointment. I have the teeth pulled now and they’re just reaching out so when I did call them back because their office above them called me to set up an appointment because I complained so much and they set me up an appointment. I did not go because I already have a teeth poured and because they’re open pockets in my mouth and grafting that was done that they sold they put stitches in my mouth so I called Western Dental and said I cannot make it to the appointment because when I went to you for help when I was in excruciating pain, I didn’t receive any help but I did go to another doctor another dentist they extracted the teeth and now I really can’t come in for you guys to do anything and she just started talking to somebody else in the background and I was like hello and she was like 00 I’m sorry and came back to the phone. This is the worst dentist office ever ever they could care less about how much pain you’re in and the girls upfront. I just hope they don’t go through this much pain and they get treated as badly as they treat their clients, I was sitting there when I was in pain and seen this man and another woman come in and they just said well I’m sorry but you’re not covered here and you can’t do this and the man just got mad and he left the woman tried to talk and he said come on because they kept telling her no their service in the front is the worst.

Luisa, Eileen, and Lisa are amazing!! I got my braces here and they did an amazing job!!! They take such great care of me and always communicate very clearly. I would definitely recommend to anyone!! Thank you ladies :)

Last year I walked in Western Dental of Jurupa for an orthopedic appointment. Firstly the employees at the counter were very helpful, setting the appointment and seeing an expert was frictionless. The whole process was very clear, easy to understand and all together I felt completely in good hands. I’d like to specifically thank Lorena for going above and beyond to help me through the financial process. She helped me set up payment options, go through the contract, and even disputed a financial mistake on my behalf. She’s deserves lots of credit for the work she does. I truly appreciate the work done here by all the doctors and staff.

The Dr. Was kind and did a great job on cleaning and abstraction. One down fall I requested my prescription before my procedure and after it was completed, my prescription was not available until the doctor was done with all of the patients, I was in pain and needed my prescription filled sooner. Other then that, I was happy with my treatment.
